  2. Product images may differ slightly from the actual products due to lighting, screen settings, photography conditions, or other factors. The actual product received shall prevail.
  3. If any product information is found to contain an error due to system or technical issues, the Company will correct the information as soon as reasonably practicable and handle the order accordingly.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

  1. Submission of an order and completion of payment constitute an offer by you to purchase the selected products and do not, by themselves, constitute acceptance of the order by the Company.
  2. After you submit an order and complete payment, the Company will review the order and proceed with fulfillment. An order shall be deemed accepted and formed upon the Company's issuance of an order confirmation or shipping notification, as applicable.

5. Pricing and Payment

  3. If an incorrect price is displayed due to a system or technical error, the Company will correct the error as soon as reasonably practicable and may, subject to applicable law, notify you, cancel the order, or issue a refund.

6. Delivery and Receipt

  1. Products will be shipped to the delivery address provided in your order. You are responsible for ensuring that the recipient's name, telephone number, address, and other delivery information are accurate and complete.
  2. If incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by you results in unsuccessful delivery, return of the shipment, or additional delivery costs, such matters and any associated costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case.
  3. Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on logistics conditions, holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. The Company does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
  4. The statutory cooling-off period shall commence in accordance with applicable law after the product has been delivered to and received by the consumer.

7. Returns, Cancellation Rights, and Refunds

  1. In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, consumers are entitled to a seven-day statutory cooling-off period following receipt of the product. The cooling-off period is not a trial period. If you wish to return a product, you must submit a return request within the statutory period and take reasonable care of the product.
  2. During the cooling-off period, you may inspect the product to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. If the product is damaged, lost, or reduced in value due to actions exceeding what is reasonably necessary for inspection and attributable to the consumer, the consumer shall be responsible to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  3. Swimwear, swim briefs, underwear, and other intimate apparel may, where legally permitted, be excluded from the statutory cooling-off right due to hygiene and the nature of the products. Once such products have been unsealed, worn, or tried on, returns will not be accepted where such exclusion is permitted by applicable law. Any applicable return restrictions will be clearly stated on the relevant product page or otherwise communicated before purchase.
  4. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the statutory cooling-off right does not apply to:Personal hygiene products that have been unsealed, where such exclusion is permitted by law;Customized or made-to-order products produced according to the consumer's specifications or individual requirements; andOther products that are legally exempt from the statutory cooling-off right.
  5. Where applicable, all accessories, gifts, packaging, and related documents included with the product must be returned together with the product. If any item is missing, damaged, stained, or otherwise reduced in value due to circumstances attributable to the consumer, the Company will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.
  6. Return requests submitted after the statutory seven-day cooling-off period will not be accepted, except where otherwise required by law. The seven-day period begins on the day following receipt of the product by the consumer.
  7. If a product is defective, incorrectly shipped, missing items, or otherwise affected by an issue not attributable to the consumer, please contact the Company as soon as possible after receiving the product. Following verification, the Company will provide a return, exchange, refund, or other appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
  8. Where a consumer exercises a statutory cancellation right, the Company will process the refund in accordance with applicable law. The refund method and actual processing time may vary depending on the original payment method and the processing time of the relevant financial institution or third-party payment provider.

8. Pre-Order Products

  1. Certain products offered on this website may be available for pre-order. The estimated shipping date will be stated on the relevant product page.
  2. The shipping date for pre-order products is an estimate only and may be delayed due to production, logistics, supply availability, or other circumstances.
  3. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the products will generally be shipped together after the pre-order products become available, unless otherwise stated on the product page or in the order.
  4. Pre-order products remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws regarding cancellation and statutory cooling-off rights. Where a product is legally exempt from the statutory cooling-off right, the applicable return restrictions will be stated on the product page or otherwise communicated before purchase.
  5. If a pre-order product cannot be fulfilled due to insufficient supply, discontinuation, or other circumstances, the Company will notify the consumer and process the applicable refund in accordance with law.

9. Member Points, Coupons, and Discount Codes

  1. The Company may offer member points, coupons, discount codes, or other promotional benefits. Their applicable terms, validity periods, and conditions will be stated on the relevant promotion page or at checkout.
  2. Points, coupons, and discount codes are subject to their respective expiration dates. Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion, expired benefits will not be reissued or extended.
  3. Points, coupons, and discount codes may not be transferred, redeemed for cash, or otherwise exchanged for monetary value, unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion.
  4. If the Company identifies abnormal use, including but not limited to exploitation of system vulnerabilities, duplicate redemption, fraudulent activity, or improper arbitrage, the Company may cancel the relevant promotion and, where appropriate, cancel the order or suspend or terminate the relevant membership account.

10. Prohibited Conduct

11. Refusal of Transactions and Account Management

  3. If an order is canceled or cannot be fulfilled for reasons attributable to the Company, any amount already paid will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the original payment method.
